Refund & Returns Policy

We make supplements we’d give to our own grandparents. If something we sent doesn’t feel right — the formula, the taste, the way your body responds — we want to hear about it and we’ll make it right. The 60-day tribe guarantee covers every order, no fine print.

The 60-day tribe guarantee

Within 60 days of delivery, you can return any Triberine product — even half-empty — for a full refund. No paperwork. No “prove it didn’t work.” Free return shipping inside the US.

1. How to Start a Return

Email tribe@triberine.com with your order number and what didn’t work for you. We’ll email back within one business day with a prepaid USPS return label.

2. Return Process Timeline

  • Day 0: You email us. We send the return label same day or next business day.
  • Day 1–7: You drop the package at any USPS box (no need to seal in original packaging).
  • Day 7–12: Package arrives at our SF studio.
  • Day 12–14: Refund processed to your original payment method. You’ll see it in 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

3. What You Get Refunded

  • Full purchase price of the returned products.
  • Original shipping cost (if you paid one).
  • No restocking fees.
  • If you paid sales tax, that’s refunded too.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with the wrong product: take a photo and email us. We’ll send a replacement same day at no charge — you don’t need to return the original.

5. Subscriptions

You can skip, change, or cancel any subscription from your account dashboard in 30 seconds. No phone tree, no “retention” emails, no manual review. If a subscription auto-renewal goes through and you didn’t mean it, email us within 14 days for a full refund.

6. International Returns

For orders shipped outside the US, we don’t pay return shipping but we still refund the full product price within 60 days. International customs duties and taxes are not refundable.

7. What’s Not Covered

  • Items returned after 60 days from delivery.
  • Products bought from third-party retailers (return through them).
  • Free gifts and bonus items received with paid orders (no value to refund).

8. Refund Method

Refunds go back to the original payment method. If your card has expired or been replaced, we can issue store credit or send a check on request.

9. If You’re Not Sure

Email us before returning. Our team can often help you adjust dosage, timing, or pair products differently — sometimes the herb is right, the protocol just needs tweaking. We’re happy to help, return-or-not.
